“The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. We discovered shortly after arriving in our room that the bathroom door would not stay closed. On request, the staff quickly assigned us to another room, brought up our new keys and had maintenance investigating the bathroom door in our first room. Great service! We will stay again.”

“I highly recommend spending a little more money to stay anywhere else!! Upon arrival, the hallways were full of garbage and bedding tossed all over. There was a foul smell and to top it off, we found cockroaches in the 'clean' towels in the bathroom. We went to address this with the person at the front desk.
