"The staff at this property, sincerely made it a pleasure to stay at. While traveling to attend a film premiere, I needed to check in early and although my room was not ready, The front desk staff made it a point to be able to get me into a room to ensure I would make it in time for the premiere. The extra step meant a lot, and I would happily book again not only because it was clean and convenient to many locations in the Waterville downtown area, but because they made it a point to make sure my stay was pleasant."

10/10 Excellent
"It's a nice little cabin in the woods on a pond. My husband and I stayed a week on our vacation. They had everything we would need, and Jason was happy to answer my silly questions that I didn't realize were on our reservation. The water is very clean and clear and has a sandy start. The sunsets were gorgeous!! So I read some reviews. With only a few not so good ones, I swept the spider webs off the whole side of the place, and they were all back the next day... you are in the woods....It has nothing to do with the cleaning person. Most places on water are on a hill. I have mobility issues and I survived. But I do have to say, the bathroom being upstairs was difficult. I would come to this wonderful, peaceful, relaxing cabin."
