"The house was clean, updated and had everything we needed in a great location at the heart of Fredonia. The owners thought of almost everything you need to make your stay easy. This house was perfect for our family and was miles above a hotel. The location was perfect to get to anything in the area including a couple minutes to Lake Erie. Will stay again."

"This house was the perfect place to see the 2024 eclipse. We got to see it from over the lake. I’d highly recommend this house, it’s a one minute walk to the beach. And the house was the perfect size for 4 adults or a small family. The Angola Ark also has the owners very near by and very responsive. We’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"My friends and I stayed for Memorial Day weekend, and the house was perfect! Nice neighborhood, good access to the beach. Very easy check in & nice host. A lot of amenities in the house. Lots of beds/couches to sleep my group of friends. The house was very clean and we loved the outdoor/indoor room with the garage door! The bathrooms are updated and beautiful! Would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"Everything was as advertised. Very comfortable and accommodating house for 7 people. The sunset views were spectacular. Conveniently located near pizza, gas station, liquor store & restaurant. Easy to get to. The house has everything you will need for a trip."

"Overall we were happy with our stay. Beginning started out a little annoying. Check in was easy but wasnt communicated until a half hour after we were able to be there and had to call for the code. Walking in, the floor didnt look vacuumed and beds looked unmade/slept in. We spent the first hour remaking beds (clean sheets were in the dryer), vacuuming (we have a crawler who puts everything in her mouth), and getting rid of all the daddy long legs that were posted up towards the ceiling....

"We enjoyed the house very much. Everything was perfectly organized and well maintained. The bedrooms were cozy as well as the living area. Very close to many attractions if you enjoy hiking biking and water sports. Grocery shopping was very close. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. Our only recommendation would be to have full propane available for an extra charge. Otherwise it was perfect!!!"
