“The AC wasn't working, and when we reported the issue, we were simply told that maintenance would check it the next morning. This meant we had to spend the entire night without air conditioning. As a result, none of us could get any sleep, including our kids. It was extremely uncomfortable and very disappointing that no immediate solution or alternative accommodation was offered.”

“They ran out of bath soaps. The lady said they ordered the supplies but don’t know when it will come. In this case they should have arranged some soaps for customers. Secondly, the carpet in one room was torn and a nail was out and pinched to my daughter’s foot, but the lady just apologized and offered a mat to put over it. We booked room for 5 peoples and for the rollover bed they were charging extra charges. Overall the stay was not pleasant, the receptionist was just apologizing with a tone……

“The worst experience ever, don’t book here if you looking for a place the you can secure, first thing when I walk in the room bed was not properly fitted so i knew someone used when i walk in the bathroom was pop in the toilet. I spoke with the receptionist and tell her that I want the room to be clean and she ask me for a minute to find someone to clean it, when I came back they clean the toilet but keep the bed in the same condition. I had another room reserved and that room smells like……

“Couldn't get the TV to work. Shower was small. Tough to shave my legs in there. Maria's Pizza right across the street was excellent tho! And not far from Tim Hortons for breakfast too! Bed was very comfortable. AC was good too. Price was right!”

“The rooms were clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, and its budget friendly. There is also a free coffee machine and snacks at the check in office. But, its an old motel and the rooms are a little smelly. The rooms are non-smoking but people smoke right outside the rooms and all that smoke gets through the vents when the AC is running. I think the motel should ban smoking all together outside the rooms and designate areas away from the building. If you don't mind the smoking and the……
