"They offer early check in online for $40 however when I called to request one I was told that I would have to wait till I arrived at the hotel to see if it was available. Naturally we arrived at 2 and were told the room wasn’t ready which, fine. We wait around till 3 to check in and when we get to our room it hasn’t been cleaned. Towels all over the bathroom. We spoke to the front desk manager who was as understanding as he could be. After around 20 more minutes we got a different room this one was clean, however. "The room and bathroom were very clean. The bar was small but very nice. For sale snacks and forgot items were very good verity. Breakfast was very well stocked and looked after. Parking was the only low point with having to pay at a parking garage that was not close at all, while a parking garage across the street was Valet only. "

"I could not sleep the first night. It was so hot and there is no individual room temperature control. It’s really not ok, especially at the price you pay! Just because 69 is good for some, doesn’t mean it’s good for everyone! I was trying to get it lower to no avail. In addition the shower bath water was not going down. When you are showering the water is standing, which is disgusting. This needs fixing asap!"
