Lack of attention to detail

Posted Aug 22, 2015
We booked a two night stay at this hotel. For the second night of the stay in the room was never cleaned, that never made, no hotel staff beer during the day to clean the room at all. When I contacted the front desk they sent someone down and she change the towels and that was it.

Idéal pour dormir en chemin vers la Floride. Confort exceptionnel, tranquillité assurée, personnel courtois et agréable font de cet hôtel un excellent lieu de repos.

Terrible service!

When we arrive to the hotel at 11:30 PM there was a line for checking in. We waited about 30 minutes until we could check in. There was only one person working the front desk on a holiday weekend. They never sp when we arrive to the hotel at 11:30 PM there was a line for checking in. We waited about 30 minutes until we could check in. There was only one person working the front desk on a holiday weekend. Though the location was great - I will never go back to this hotel - it was not a good experience.

Older but nice

The entire hotel was older. It was remodeled and you could tell, but it was a solid 4 star hotel

Not what I expected from a DoubleTree Hotel

Posted Jun 22, 2015
Pros: Great rooms, great beds.
Cons: Better doors who shut close and seal!
Location: Great location right off I-95.
This DoubleTree has silly doors which don't fit exactly into the door frame (there are gaps) and as a result don't seal or completely close. Light from the hallway comes in, and EVERY customer walking past, EVERY "room service" announcement and EVERY knock is heard. It's LOUD. What's the #1 thing you want to do in a Hotel? SLEEP! This Hotel is expensive and LOUD. If you want a good night's sleep...go elsewhere. Also, the pool is relatively tiny; the Hotel right across the street has a much nicer and bigger one, for less money.

Nice hotel but older

Posted Jun 16, 2015
Nice hotel but older, I would stay again if I needed to. Drove from Baltimore, MD to Fayetteville headed to Fl. And needed somewhere to stay for the night. It was comfortable enough to sleep there but the hotel is older.
