“great Location, lots to do around, walkable distance from restaurants, 10 minute walk from El CAFETÍN and the Nigthlife area. 10/10”

“The bed was comfortable and the location was superb, which made the stay enjoyable overall. However, there was a major inconvenience when the water was out for a few hours and the property didn’t have a water cistern or backup system. Since we only stayed one night, we had to wait until the next morning to shower, which was frustrating. For the price we paid, having a water backup system is something I would definitely expect”

“Good location. You will see big cuisines frm balcony. Food on 2nd floor is excellent, especially the pork ribs.”

“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”

“The apartment was wonderful and the location was ideal for walking to nearby restaurants, shopping, and sites to visit. The only thing I would caution people who have difficulty climbing stairs - this might not be the best place for you - there are stairs to get to the apartment and another flight inside the apartment to get to the 2nd bedroom. We loved the space and the balcony overlooking the street - it is a very good place to stay in old San Juan”

“Beautiful Spanish colonial esthetic. Clean rooms. Roof top at night was tranquil and relaxing. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Decent prices for food. Not overpriced compared to other places. Adorable cute fat cat to greet us that loves pets.”

“Good location but the worst facilities. It was frozen at night, the elevator didn’t work, noisy room without windows, no phone no chair, no water to drink horrible experience.”

“The spot itself was not bad, close access to everything and the room was well advertised. Communication with the staff was not the best. Language barrier was not an issue, they just wouldn’t respond to requests/needs.”
