"The room was very basic and my problem was the lack of electrical outlets. The room also was very dark. The style is old fashioned although it is obvious that the wood work (doors, bed, etc.) are actually very recent. I was annoyed that the air conditioning unit was dripping water down the wall. This needs to be taken care of. "

"It was very noisy early in the morning, their cleaning staff was talking too loud and moving stuff. Iron was not working properly and so does hairdryer. Air conditioning was not even on, we have asked them to switch on the air conditioning and they have told us to open the window "
"Breakfast was very good with a lot of fresh varieties...but the best experience was the
the outstanding and great help we got my wife and I from DASHA & BARBARA at the reception ..those ladies were outstanding with their professional help and support and made our 50th Aniversary in Prague something to remember.thank you"
"This place was absolutely nasty. We arrived at 2pm and they checked us in and even gave us a key but did not assign us a room number because we were "too early".
The downstairs lobby was very dirty and the front desk guy was not friendly at all. We came back a few hours later only to find hundreds of people getting off buses to check in. I was given a room on the 13th floor but the line for the elevator was huge, about 300 people were waiting to go up to their rooms.
This also IS NOT a hotel but rather a hostel, probably for people on a very tight budget with zero expectations.
The place was so horrible that I ended up returning my key and foregoing the whole stay to go to a different hotel. Now I'm in a fight with them so I can get a refund since I couldn't even go up to the room because of the elevator lines.
The location isn't great either as it is very far from the city center.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
"Amazing hotel in great location. We found the location perfect for us, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, the breakfast was great didn't try the restaurant as were "up town" each day and night as only a 20 minute walk, though if you don't want to walk the number 7 tram stop is literally outside the door. If we go back to Prague we will stay here again."
"First, the pictures shown on the listing are completely MISLEADING! There are as many photos of the “spa” or more than of the hotel. The main picture shows the spa which is somewhere downstairs. It leads one to believe it’s the front desk area. If only the rooms were as bright as depicted in the photos, especially the interior rooms which overlook the exterior of the dingy walls of the other inside rooms. Imagine a dark courtyard of walls and a roof.
The furniture, while supposed to fit the decor of the hotel is dark & in overall poor condition It was all nicked up and looks like it came from a thrift store. The photographer who took these images should be proud of his photoshop skills because he surely went above and beyond in making the place look like something other than what it really looks like in person. Thankfully the bathroom was in good condition, the only highlight of the room.
The staff was not the least bit welcoming, and while the breakfast was good the staff in the upstairs and downstairs dining area was downright rude. Nothing like getting talked down to for putting a piece of “non” toasting bread in, of all things, a TOASTER!
Do your homework before booking a stay here which I found to be very disappointing. "
