Ferndale Vacations from $209

The staff was kind and helpful. The property itself, including the room, was dirty and unkept. I stayed three nights and there was no housekeeping for the room. The room and the hallway had a bad smell; the stairway you had to walk through to get to the hallway smelled hideous. I was in town for the dog shows and the hotel was very accommodating for me in this way. They have a limit of two dogs and allowed me to keep all four in the room which I appreciated very much. Everything just needed some major deep cleaning and updating.

I like that I didn't have to interact with anyone in person and everything was handled digitally. When I did have questions (like the wifi password), the live chat function on the hotel's website provided instanteous support, even at 1am. If you are an introvert this is the place for you. Super clean, nice to have a kitchen, bed was comfortable as well. 10/10

Our room was so clean. The hotel seemed so massive and had everything we wanted. Breakfast was delicious!! Did i mention how clean my room was? It was so clean!

The property was very nice. We enjoyed the lounge area at Doyles and had a great breakfast at Five Steakhouse. Wish the Wine Grotto would have been open, it looks like a really cool bar.
