The staff was kind and helpful. The property itself, including the room, was dirty and unkept. I stayed three nights and there was no housekeeping for the room. The room and the hallway had a bad smell; the stairway you had to walk through to get to the hallway smelled hideous. I was in town for the dog shows and the hotel was very accommodating for me in this way. They have a limit of two dogs and allowed me to keep all four in the room which I appreciated very much. Everything just needed some major deep cleaning and updating.

I like that I didn't have to interact with anyone in person and everything was handled digitally. When I did have questions (like the wifi password), the live chat function on the hotel's website provided instanteous support, even at 1am. If you are an introvert this is the place for you. Super clean, nice to have a kitchen, bed was comfortable as well. 10/10

The tickets to see Trevor Noah were ordered through my sister online. We had email instructions on how to download our tickets onto a Smart Phone. "Do not print a Ticket" It was a nightmare and we were not the only people dealing with how to get into our seats after spending $400. a very frustrating experience..
