Janet in the shop was a really lovely person. A wonderful place to stay. Very close to Downtown and the train station. The Hotel was beautiful and so clean and well kept. I give it 10 out of 10 The reception staff all so friendly and helpful and not forgetting Alicia who helped me a lot. "
