The complex was in very poor condition with the grounds and out door aminities in dire need of TLC. The room had no kitcken one pot and no utensils. There was a shared outsude room kitchen facility use at your own risk. The wifi didnt work so the tv and internet were unavailsble. Apparently hadnt ...

Fiordland Hotel
Got what we were looking for; a brief night's stay. I had some packed dinner that the receptionist microwaved for us. There is a nice gaming room and plenty of parking available in and around the building.

Amazing place for an amazing price. Area is quiet and away from the city lights so the view of the stars at night are super clear. Clifton was really nice and an accommodating host. Would highly recommend this place if you want somewhere more peaceful and quiet but still close to Queenstown.
