"Stay was overall ok, probably wouldn’t stay again. We were in a room booked for four people, 4 days, we were provided only 4 towels total and only were able to get more when we randomly ran into a cleaner who had to “ask her boss” if we were allowed more towels. The beds were uncomfortable but that was to be expected with price and style of hotel. Lastly the parking was horrible if you have a larger vehicle."

It was SO hot in our room that we ended up sleeping with the balcony door open. The property is in a great location for walking around town. My biggest complaint was the lack of front desk/staff. You had to call a number and they would text you back to help you if you had any questions or needed anything. Other than that, it was a nice stay."

"Bed was comfortable, everything was okay the only part i will reduce points is, about parking. Self parking it is out of the hotel and cost you 35 dollars a day, valet parking 50 dollars a day.

"We had an amazing stay at the Sparks Hilton. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and hardworking. The hotel was very busy and upon arriving at 3pm, the room was still undergoing a final cleanliness inspection. It was worth the extra 30mins because we got upgraded to a beachview suite due to high capacity at the facility. Everything was clean and tidy besides a few sections of ceiling undergoing repair. The breakfast was mediocre but well stocked. The only real disappointment was not having a microwave in the room but once was available in the loby. Overall this hotel was very clean, well maintained, and very family friendly. We look forward to staying with Sparks Hilton Beachfront in the future."

"This property is very clean, well maintained and the staff is very accommodating. The room was spacious and had a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils, glasses and plates. They even have a hot plate if you want to cook in your room. Nice pool, jacuzzi and fire pit. Breakfast was great also. This is our 7th time staying at this location and we Will be returning. "
"The room was really large, much more than I expected! The separate, full kitchen was unexpected, also. The balcony provided a decent view of the ocean. The bed was comfy and seemed fairly new. The tile floors were really nice instead of old nasty carpet. There was a small sofa. The bathroom was nice and even had a rain shower head in the center of the tub…I’ve never seen that in a hotel bathroom before. Didn’t have time to go to the pool but it looked nice. The only negative for me was the promo said free breakfast but it was coffee, a muffin and fruit on a little table by the door.…not what I call breakfast. I would stay there again! "

"Renata is very on top of things and responsive. I had a little hiccup with the code to enter the property and she responded immediately and sent someone to solve the issue. The resort itself needs work but that's no reflection of her apartment. It is very clean and well taken care of. Her restaurant recommendations were on point."

Unfortunately parking was terrible due to the parking garage being closed, we had to walk across the street behind businesses to park which was a HUGE inconvenience, especially at night because there was no lights. The pool was also closed so there were no amenities to enjoy."
"The condo itself was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but was exactly as advertised. The building itself leaves much to be desired and tremendous amount of construction was being done. All the pools were being renovated. I only needed the room to sleep as I was at a festival for 12 hours per day. Do not recommend if you want to do more than just have a quiet, comfortable place to sleep right on the ocean. "
