Great Property
The condo was just as listed. Beautiful views. Plenty of space. Everything we needed for our stay. Beware of the a hole neighbor downstairs. He likes to holler at children for putting towels on the balcony (we didn't know this was a no no)

I rented this condo two weekends in a row the first weekend I notified the office that there was a light bulb out the kitchen faucet was loose they reached out immediately and I said not necessary to fix while I was there Came back the following Friday and when I was given the code to the door it was the same code as the previous week the faucet had not been fixed and the light bulb not replaced. I reached out to salty dog to remind them of the faucet and the light bulb and then I asked how often they changed the door code and I was told every couple of months!

Wonderful mother daughter weekend at the beach
We arrived at 3:00 on Friday and left at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday. Everything was just as described it was exceptionally clean kitchen was well stocked. It is a good walk into "town". We rented a golf cart and found out that that's nothing great it's difficult to determine where you can actually use the golf cart 🤔 We had our dog with us and found that any restaurant we went to with outside seating was happy to have her. We truly just kind of had a laid-back weekend with just a little shopping and a lot of good food and many great bars will be back!

Nice location
Condo was nice and clean and close to the beach. The air conditioner was not working and TJ came out to bring portable air conditioners and fans. He did try and make us happy and was very nice. Luckily, it never go too hot. The air conditioner was supposed to be replaced on the day we were leaving. (Go figure) The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs, we lacked for nothing but air conditioning. The portable units weren't great but we managed to deal with it. I would recommend this condo as long as the a/c was working.

Great Condo
The condo was super clean and ready early when we arrived. The property management called to check in with us and make sure everything was satisfactory. We enjoyed being able to see and hear the beach from the huge wrap around balcony! The only problem we had was that we couldn’t find extra trash bags but that’s an easy fix at Walmart! The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of chairs for the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous view & location, but unit could use some fixes
- [ ] Volume on Kg bedroom tv doesn’t work - [ ] Water pressure in bathrooms poor - [ ] Dishwasher was not unloaded from previous stay - [ ] Dish rags in drawer need to be washed - [ ] Front left burner on stove Is broken - [ ] No light in refrigerator - [ ] The very squeaky drawer next to fridge is annoying & loud that has utensils and is regularly used - [ ] Only had 1 roll of TP in each bathroom when we checked in - [ ] The microwave could be updated - [ ] Kg bedroom bed very uncomfortable and squeaky and slants to one side. Only comfortable if you sleep in middle of bed - [ ] Bathroom door does not close all the way or lock in the double full bathroom - [ ] Bathroom drawers dirty in full bathroom Overall. I would stay at this location again as the views, location and upkeep of grounds were excellent but I will not stay in this unit again.
