"Staff were consistently unhelpful. I stayed for two weeks while I was transitioning for a move. Not uncommon these days is the need to request for housekeeping to come and change linens, clean bathroom, etc. The first time I requested housekeeping, I had been there an entire week. I wanted the linens changed and the bathroom cleaned at the very least. When I came back in from being out all day, the room was not cleaned - nothing had been touched. I went to the front desk and inquired. I was told no housekeeping happened on the weekend. What? I saw housekeeping all weekend. I asked for housekeeping three additional times and never received it. I finally brought my dirty towels to the front desk and asked for new ones. Would not stay here again although the location was perfect."
