This hotel was a great location right off the Ponte Vecchio bridge so everything was within walking distance. The rooms were great and the bed very comfortable but what made the stay the best were the exceptional staff who were so friendly and helpful!! We will definitely stay here again if visiting Florence.

Wonderful chic hotel in a terrific area. The suite room was roomy, well appointed, clean & very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious with many options. We absolutely loved the location! So close and walkable to everything we wanted to see, right near the Ponte Vecchio bridge and plenty of great restaurants and wine bars but on a relatively quiet side street. Loved staying at this hotel, decided to extend my stay by an extra day and will absolutely stay here whenever I return to Florence. The hotel is very conveniently located and kept in great condition. The place was very clean, the WiFi was super reliable and they also provide you with a cell phone to use during your stay at no additional cost. The staff also goes above and beyond to help with all of your needs. Highly recommend!
