There are 3 stairs to enter the apartment.
The apartment is in typical Tuscan style with beams and joists. Holds 1 large master bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 kitchenette with oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, smoother and small little lounge with flat LED TV and sofa bed. In both bedroom and lounge air conditioning is available. Internet WI-FI connection is free and available together with washing machine.

Mirta and Francesco are generous, wonderful hosts! The apartment is lovely and in a fantastic location. We really enjoyed our time in Florence, which was only made better by our stay at the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and we were able to go back to the apartment early afternoon to regenerate before heading out again. The property is quite and feels very safe. It is quite dark, however we did not spend a lot of time there, so it wasn't am issue. It is close to buses, bars, restaurants, gelato shops (very important!) and a supermarket is close by. We ate in one night and it had everything we needed to prepare a simple mealWe would recommend the apartment to anyone staying in Florence.

Lovely place in downtown Florence

It is a very nice home in a wonderful location. The home was large, with a well furnished kitchen, nice bathroom, very comfortable bed and pleasant living/sitting area.

Genuine hospitality, perfect location

Fabulous, extremely hospitable hosts, wonderful stay. The perfect spot for a 6-week vacation. The location is perfect, about 5-7 mins walk from the Piazza Del Duomo but far enough away to not be inundated by crowds. Close to the Mercato Santā€™Ambrogio, where the locals shop, best place for fresh fruits and veggies, meats and seafood. Thank you so much to Francesco and Mirta for a fantastic 30th anniversary vacation stay. We hope to see you again!

Near the Duomo

This was our second stay at this apartment and again it was wonderful. We really enjoy the area, as it is so near major landmarks but also an area frequented by locals as well as tourists. The apartment was clean and the washer/dryer was a plus! Also, they were very helpful getting us into the apartment early and helping us get a taxi to the train station when we left. Would love to come back!

Our stay in Florence Italy was wonderful. The apartment was very cozy. The location is perfect. It is very close and easily walkable to all the attractions, restaurants, and stores for essential needs. The communications with the host is great. Wonderful Florence Home

The home was perfect for my wife and I to stay in on our honeymoon! The location was so amazing being walking distance from basically every single tourist destination in Florence and specifically very close to the main cathedral. The home was well stocked and very clean. The 2-in-1 washer/dryer was very convenient for laundry as Florence was only the first leg of our trip.

Great location, quiet, well appointed, and good bed

The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had all cutlery and utensils you could want. It even had a blender and toaster which is more North American. Grocery store two blocks away at local not tourist prices. And excellent restaurants and pubs nearby. While it has a lot of late night action close by by the thick walled building kept the sound out so much we slept in!

Fantastic 6 day stay

This location could not be better for walking through all of Florence. That includes groceries, cafe and wine window 100m away to the pizza, Italian restaurant and outdoor beer square just across the street. So many museums, churches and historic sites so close by as well (including Day trips and local tours on bike and golf cart). Great communication from our hosts on check in and out. Thanks for a wonderful stay in your city!

A quiet gem in a busy city

This was a new location for us to stay in the city. We have stayed in Florence more than a dozen times. It is well positioned between the Duomo and Santa Croce with a grocery store and plenty of wonderful restaurants around the corner. Great location in Florence

The apartment was charming and clean! The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great as it was very hot in July. It was centrally located to the leather markets, restaurants, train station, and other attractions. I would absolutely stay there again. It was also great to have a washer and dryer. Would have liked a few more towels and toilet paper. The bathroom was a little tight but an overall great experience.

Beautiful Stay

Thanks so much for the beautiful stay in Florence! The hosts were very helpful and attentive with all communication prior to and during our stay. The apartment is so spacious and convenient to the Duomo and so many great restaurants and locations. The check in process was wonderful, easy, and convenient. The hosts left us a wonderful welcome present and there was nothing we were left wanting. Will absolutely be recommending this place to friends and family who will be staying in Florence in the future!

Lovely and comfortable home. A feel-good design.

Our stay was superb. Close to everything: the sights, adventures and of course restaurants and espresso bars. We we very comfortable in the home. Clean and secure Very modern while the design kept the ambiance of this ancient city, Firenze (Florence). I will come back here next time Iā€™m here.
