“I booked a 3-night single room starting on the same day through Hotels.com. They told me they'd get back to me one day prior to my lodging start, but they got back to me within an hour with instructions. Which were majorly wrong. First, there was no house door security, so anyone off the street could walk in - I never saw the house door closed.
