"Great place to stay. Host responded quickly to questions. Location was good and neighbor was quite. "

"The pictures are accurate as seen on the website . However, the amenities left a lot to be desired. The six bath towels were good and the 7 washcloths were horrible as some had bleach stains on them and they were very thin. No hand towels were provided to dry your hands on in the bathroom. Nor were there paper towels in the bathroom for that purpose. The other rooms were clean but the bathroom needs a deep cleaning . No cleaning products were provided either. "

"The house was normal. No major issues. We were told there would be a washer and dryer, but it did not have one accessible. It appeared to be in the garage, but the garage was locked and no one would respond.Our check in was 3:00 pm on Friday, at noon on Friday the company managing the property tetzy? told me that I needed to provide everyones first and last name and their cell phone. Seemed strange. 1. Why wait until the last minute and 2. Why do you need everyone's contact? I saw this request,...

"The property was beautiful and supplied with everything we needed. Our host Ben was awesome and made sure everything was perfect for us. When in Chicago again we will definitely like to stay at this property again. "

"We enjoyed our time in Chicago. The house was great and had lots of space. It was easy to get to and from downtown Chicago. Check in and communication was great. The parking was street parking but we never had an issue finding a parking spot. There wasn't really anything within walking distance but that was fine. Overall this was a perfect place for our family."

"Nice place. Looks freshly updated. If you have a hard time with stairs this probably isnt for you as there is 2 flights to climb. Other than that great place"

"The property is shown accurately in the photos. It was pretty clean. Its centrally located to eateries and shopping. Need more pillows, had no window coverings and had to contact tbe host for the correct code to the door.Would stay again."

"Our family of 4 plus dog had a great stay. Easy drive into Chicago. The neighborhood is very quiet and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Interior of the house is nicely done with newer appliances and 4 bedrooms with queen beds in each room. Would stay there again. The grill was missing a propane tank but that was minor and Host offered to bring one for us."

"Listed as private home , once you get there and read the house rules it states shared refrigerator with owner. Owner comes in while you are gone and turns off all lights and the Ac, even goes into your locked room to turn off ac."

"Near the train station, and walkable to a few local coffee shops and eateries. My family group (including 2 kids under the age of 2) we're very comfortable here. The number of bathrooms was so helpful!! The host was very communicative and easy to reach via VRBO messages. "

The setup allows guests to have privacy with bathrooms in the majority of the bedrooms. Additionally it is walkable to many restaurants, campus and shops.
