“The first thing I noticed when I walked in around 3 AM the day I arrived, was the smell of ammonia or urine. After inspecting the place, I noticed there was dust, dirt and grime all over...especially the upper level which contains the two bedrooms and bathrooms. There were no area rugs near the sofa or dining table as it was pictured in the photos online. “Looks nice in the pictures, but furniture is all for show! The neighborhood was sketchy, there was a lot missing, the cleaning crew missed so many things. We found the following: ⁃ Towel that had long hairs entwined in it. ⁃ Towel with a booger encrusted on it ⁃ A bandaid stuck to the window ledge ⁃ A pair of dirty shorts at the head of the bed ⁃ Bathrooms dirty ⁃ Some trash in trash can ⁃ Dirty toilet - Dirty washcloths VRBO is cool when you’re going somewhere touristy, but I have……

“Needs some care outside the front and back of house. We purchased a curtain for the backdoor and left it there. On arrival, the smoke detector had been taken down and thrown outside of the house There were 2 dirty pans in oven These things were annoying . Otherwise the house was an OK place to stay.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was excellent and made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The host was fantastic, very communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!”

“Friendly and responsive property manager”

We ran into a small snag at the gate when we arrived, but Matthew was very responsive and had the issue resolved quickly. Matthew was a wonderful host, and I would highly recommend his condo. The condo is also pet friendly, but a small deposit is requested. In the end, we decided not to bring our pet. One suggestion for future guests who are coffee drinkers, be……
