"Great place to stay at Folly Beach. Location was very convenient to all the local area attractions. The just was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely book this location again for future trips to the area"

"We had a great stay! It was clean, and all the essentials like towels, toiletries, and kitchen tools were perfect. You can reach the beach in just 60 feet, though the little trail has some overgrown vegetation you have to walk through. Overall everything was perfect, but the interior (bathrooms) could really use some urgent cosmetic TLC."

"We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, well stocked, and had a great lay out. We enjoyed sitting outside in the morning to have our breakfast and coffee. The view was spectacular. My husband and I enjoyed the bike trail right outside the condo. We could pedal into Folley beach pretty easy. This saved us a lot of parking money when we went to the ocean. Would definitely stay again."

"We went to the office to check-in and there was no staff around. I called the number on the board and texted letting them know that we have arrived and at the office waiting to check-in. There was a sign at the door saying that I should go my itinerary and the "messages" to see the messages sent to me. The don't know what they were talking about because I have the information I need to check-in and I didn't see any messages. Finally the lady working answered my phone and she said that she sent me information via text. I never got anything. She finally made it to the office and she texted me the information she was talking about, that's when I received it. Other than the waiting, the Inn was good and they have friendly staff."
