"Great little bed-and-breakfast with small rooms or cottages on the marsh side of Folly Beach. The staff is amazing especially grandma. Joyce makes you feel like you’re at home with grandma taken care of you. We had the Azul blue room, a smallest room with a en suite bathroom the decor was cute 50 style The only negative was a personal preference. The bed was very soft. They have a great little sitting area where we can sit out and watch the marsh everything is in walking distance within 5 to 10 minutes even with a bum knee I was able to walk to everything"

"We had a wonderful stay here — we were especially excited about how close we were to the beach. It was easy to run up to the apartment and refill waters or grab a snack to bring down, for example. It was a comfortable and relaxing place to stay, and the A/C works beautifully, which was important during the heat wave happening during our trip. My only negative would be, like many reviewers have spoken to, the 9 a.m. checkout time. I did ask about an extension and was given until 10, which helped enormously, but the stress of the impending early morning departure put a bit of a damper on the trip. Overall, though, a great experience."

"VERY NICE PROPERTY. THE BIGGEST THING THAT WAS OVERLOOKED WHEN MAKING RESERVATIONS THERE ISN'T AN ELEVATOR AND UNIT IS ON THE TOP FLOOR. THAT INFORMATION WAS OVERLOOKED BY ME. GREAT PLACE TO STAY."

"This was the best best place to stay in Folly Beach hands down. It was next to the beach and within walking distance of all the shops and all the restaurants. The rooms were exceptionally clean and felt very cozy. It was way better than a soulless hotel room, you could feel the history in every plank of wood. In the morning while my wife and I were having coffee Wrigley came up to us to say hello."
