"My mom, son and I stayed at the majestic inn and from the moment we walked out of our vehicle in the parking lot we had a calm feeling and checking in was even better, we were welcomed by the sweetest people in the industry! Top notch service all around, we made wonderful friendships with the servers at our breakfast at the cafe and it was just such a great experience! We want to come back again real soon! "

"The property is nice, especially compared to some of the surrounding hotels. However, be prepared to pay over $50 for parking, which feels excessive on top of the already premium room rates. It’s honestly disheartening to see how many of these hotels seem to price gouge families. I’ll definitely be more mindful moving forward to factor in the full cost, including parking, before booking."

"Clean, easy stay. Room was clean and comfortable, AC worked well. Great location—right by Knott’s Berry Farm and about 15 minutes to Disneyland. Gift shop staff were especially friendly. Bonus: the boysenberry-scented soaps in the room smell amazing. Downsides: tight parking spaces and a small fridge. Overall, a convenient spot for a park-focused trip. "

"First day I show up with my reservation they don’t have my room with two beds,for some reason they are sold out or whatever happens. They just give me a room with single bed, so I have to take it because I show up around 11:30 PM with my kids and wife ,at that point I don’t wanna go anywhere else without any luck so I take the room,and we can barely fit, because those beds are quite small, so they give me a room with two bed the next day. "

"Good for Budget travelers. Excellent location. Don’t expect anything else. You can listen pretty much everything from your next door room. People are not supposed to smoke, but they do and the smell can be sensed through the door. Couple of rooms in our hallway were being treated for bad bugs. Super friendly staff!"

"The hotel property and size of the room were nice but parking there is terrible. We had to park on the opposite side of the complex from our room one night. Breakfast was great and they had different options every morning. Most of the staff were super friendly. The fresh towels they gave us on day 3 unfortunately all had long black hairs all over them. The major con was the pool closure. We checked in the night before it closed and were given no notice that it would not be open our entire stay which led to some VERY unhappy kids. We ended up having to pay for the cheapest room we could find at the hotel next door just so we could use their pool. The lady at the front desk did refund our resort fees which helped, but still didn’t cover the cost of the other room. Overall, a decent place to stay but I think next time we do Disney we will find a suite a little closer. "

"The Tropicana is clean. The bed was not comfortable, the pull out was not something my teen could sleep on. It was to small and felt awkward. There was also a lot of road noise that kept us up. "
