The hotel facilities are excellent, and I really appreciated the complimentary food options. They offered free breakfast and dinner, as well as a variety of snacks, and everything tasted great. The only downside was that there was no complimentary bottled water provided in the room. Instead, there was fruit-infused water available, but unfortunately it tasted quite bad and was difficult to drink. Another small inconvenience was that the hotel shuttle runs with long intervals between trips, which made transportation a bit inconvenient. Aside from these minor issues, everything else about the hotel was wonderful. Overall, it’s a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again." This showed a clear lack of care and professionalism. While this hotel may appeal to budget travelers looking only for location, the poor room condition and especially the careless housekeeping made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not choose to stay here again."
