The environment is beautiful and well maintained, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The service from the front desk and staff was also very good—everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities are excellent, and I really appreciated the complimentary food options. They offered free breakfast and dinner, as well as a variety of snacks, and everything tasted great. The only downside was that there was no complimentary bottled water provided in the room. Instead, there was fruit-infused water available, but unfortunately it tasted quite bad and was difficult to drink. Another small inconvenience was that the hotel shuttle runs with long intervals between trips, which made transportation a bit inconvenient. The room itself had multiple issues: stained pillows, a leaking refrigerator, and a noticeable musty smell throughout the room. However, the most unacceptable part of the stay was the housekeeping service. During room cleaning, the staff knocked over everything that was placed on the countertop, left the mess as it was, and failed to collect the trash altogether. This showed a clear lack of care and professionalism. While this hotel may appeal to budget travelers looking only for location, the poor room condition and especially the careless housekeeping made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not choose to stay here again."
