We stayed at Taigh Na Frithe for 4 nights and had a fantastic time. The communication before and during the stay was extremely helpful and Kyle was extremely accommodating. We were really impressed by the cottages modern finish, especially the kitchen and bathroom, the massive bed was also a great addition. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It’s only a short 15 minute walk into Fort Augustus which has 2 cosy pubs, some lovely gift shops and the Loch Ness cruise. A great base for traveling around and Fort Agustus is a lovely village. The house is very well equipped, the bed is huge and comfortable. Easy to find, very quiet and peaceful. The property is well equipped and a perfect location for exploring the surrounding Highlands. Fort Augustus is a lovely village with all the local amenities you could require.Supermarkets like Aldi or Morrisons are in Fort William which takes about 40 mins travel time...you can book a delivery slot however we were unable to get one for 14 days so I would suggest organising this in advance or taking shopping. That being said you can get shopping locally just not the selection or cost you are used to paying. We took our English bulldog and the property was very dog friendly, the surrounding areas too..Lots of pubs and cafes to sat outside 😑. Kyle and Nick were really helpful however we had no problems with this property. Thanks for a lovely stay! ##### Helen T. Plenty of parking and although close to a main road, you don’t notice any traffic noise. Ideal location for heading up to Loch Ness or down to fort William on some incredibly scenic drives. The property has every thing you might need for a short trip and we loved every minute of our stay here. ##### Dale S.
