Fort Buchanan Tours and Activities

This property was nice but not worth the money. The shower felt amazing and it’s close to everything. The beach is about 5-10 minute walk depending on how you tolerate the heat. The pool is much smaller than pictured. The rooms are outdated with scrapings. I was charged $24 for wine I never had at the end of my trip and they never addressed me about the issue. The deposit is 250 not 150 as advertised. Food was good. Drinks are ok. Staff was phenomenal. The room was a big size! Very cozy bed.

I like the hotel, the service was great!! Restaurants a a little expense. And the $10 for WiFi is too much. After already paying so much for room.

The main pool was closed down making the small infinity pool over crowded as well as the Adults only area pool which was filled with kids jumping all over. We have been staying here every year since 2018 around July -September time and there is always something shut down. They charge high resort fees which do not make sense for what they offer. Last year the adults only area was closed off as well as the tacos and tequila restaurant, We came this year for our honeymoon arriving on Monday around 3:30pm and our room was not ready until 5pm. They kindly offered a glass of champagne which was nice but upon entering our room when ready we noticed it was not thoroughly cleaned since we found some receipts and inappropriate medication wrappers next to the bed. The cost of a week stay at this hotel is considerably high which you would expected to have 5 star service and amenities for but we did not receive that.
