"We were in town for a horse show. We have stayed here before and returned for another stay. The staff was excellent and very helpful. We felt safe at this hotel. It was close to restaurants and the showgrounds, too. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. The in-room refrigerator was a big plus. We did not have breakfast because we were up very early. "

"Gorgeous hotel in a beautiful town. Helpful staff. Didn’t realise we wouldn’t have a fridge (as we’d had one in the previous 3 hotels) but staff gave me a bucket and ice for some yogurts I’d brought for my kids breakfast. It was refreshing to not have to pay for parking too after paying $50 a night in previous Texan hotels (which annoys me, as hardly anyone uses public transport) Pool was freezing 😂 but i think by July it would be nice to be that cold. The kids still had a quick play in it. Nice spacious room"

"All aspects about the room were perfect The only issue thats less than ideal is for the double bed rooms that i have seen The mattress is conventional The 'box spring ' below it is not Its basically a mat that is on horizontal springs and is not very quiet when getting up So any other light sleeper will likely hear it if you get up at night "
