This was a terrible experience unhappy host no ameneties smelly rooms out dated and filthty washateria food was not good at all no fresh juice no eggs for breakfast hamburger buns for toast i used this property to save money because i just sleep at the hotel but never again very sad experience i had better service and sleep experience on a cruise ship

We visited Hollywood beach with kids and loved this hotel. In fact, we loved it so much we extended an extra day! Maria at HBH was phenomenal and full of energy. She made our stay very comfortable. We highly recommend anyone staying here if you're visiting the area.

Bad service I will never go back there did not get the room i paid for the picture had dinning room and bigger space i got a small room small kitchen and no dinning room, they provided 2 spoon 2 forks 2 plates 2 small bowls no knife pot and pan with no covers and my car rental got towed when i paid the parking fee already had to take uber to pick up my car wasted a day of my vacation long waiting lines for customs service BAD PLACE FOR VACATION

Office check in older women was very unprofessional and rude. She left me standing at the front desk without acknowledging that i was there for check in. I loved everything about it. Upon checking in on Friday, the front desk was extremely nice. The bed was to die for. The breakfast place was a little bit of a walk but it was manageable. The best part was that everything was walking distance. Upon checking out this morning, Wilson was extremely helpful. Most definitely coming back next time.
