Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Perfect for anyone's island getaway.

This unit is in one of the best locations on the Island. Located just a few minutes of walking to Times Square. The Islands grocery store is about 3 miles south of you.

This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.

$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter)NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
