"Hotel location was great. It needs to be deep cleaned. The bathrooms were not clean. If that was not the case, everything else was fine… not great but fine. It really comes down to price point. You have to decide what you can put up with. The man at check in was excellent. Breakfast was a snack…. Which was fine for me. "

"We are very disappointed with this hotel. We had already paid for our stay, but when a problem occurred the staff refused to help and did not want to provide any documents regarding our check-out. Later we were informed that the hotel agreed to issue a refund, but they still refused to allow us to return and stay for the remaining nights we had already paid for. As a result, we were left without accommodation with our children. Very disappointing service. I would not recommend this hotel."

"This property is in terrible condition. The doors are rusty, the parking lot is in shambles, the paint is chipping off. It is musty and dingy. The staff were kind and pleasant. "

"Clean room, good breakfast and friendly staff, however a few things would make our stay better. Hand soap by sink in the our room and towel bars. The breakfast time should be extended until at least 10 am. We are on vacation. "

"Room was disgusting. You can tell the bathroom and room walls havnt been cleaned in months if not years. TV didnt work. The pool hasnt been cleaned or vacuumed in a long time. "

"We’ve stayed at a number of places in Fort Pierce and St. Lucie and The Hutchinson was one of the nicer ones. Beds were good, wi-fi okay, and everything worked well. Basic breakfast included in room cost. Washer and dryer on location. A couple of fun restaurants that are walkable. The best parts were the hotel’s small pool, private beach and fishing pier and the covered deck…great places to sit and relax. We’d stay again."

"Bad area. Hard to get around. No dresser, no closet, room didn’t feel secure. One restaurant, no others close by. Not a recommended area for seniors or young families "
