“There was nothing I did not like! I especially want to to mention how helpful the security personnel was for my sister. We had a situation that required help from the security staff and they were more than willing to assist. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and rectify the situation with professionalism and grace.”

“We have always stayed at this hotel when traveling. We experienced an issue with our room (328) during our stay Easter weekend. WE also experienced same issue in September 2025 when we travelled here for brother funeral. The room is always clean but yet it smells VERY dusty. The room we had in April 2026 was on the top (3rd floor) like it was in September 2025. The dusty smell affected eyes, throat and I broke out with a rash. “For a no frills economical stay in Wetumpka/Millbrook area, you can’t beat it. Very clean and a convenient location. Another plus for this location is that it is across the road from Epicure/Jacks Tavern which is a FANTASTIC restaurant and bar.”
