“all was great”

“Room was clean. The maids were courteous. Management was a little brash.other guest were loud at times”

“The manager was Extremely nice. There was definitely some things that should not have been going on our room, the manager did change the room. Then housekeepers are not keeping supplies in the room as needed. The manager did apologize and offered to discount our stay but wasn’t sure how to do so with Expedia, I do think some discount should be given for issues presented to the manager. ”

“The information about the location was midleading, there was no way to walk from one place to another. We had to change rooms because the room given to us had a bad smell. The staff was kind and friendly.”

“The room was adequate, but it was absolutely impossible to open two suitcases unless one was on the bed. The rooftop restaurant was very disappointing. We were tired and just wanted a halfway decent meal, but what we received was well below par. Do NOT recommend.”

“Nice hotel within walking distance to many of the sites and sounds of downtown Montgomery. The staff were professional and helpful. The rooms are big with nice appointed decor. The fitness room is more than functional. Breakfast is fulfilling and plentiful. My one con: parking is less than desirable but, compared to the other hotels in the area that charge for all parking, I can accept the free parking on the street.”
