"Loved staying here. Our kids loved swimming and spending time at the pool. It’s not overly crowded around the pool which is a positive. Location is convenient to Calistoga downtown area. The only con is I felt our room wasn’t super clean upon checking in. The floor seemed dusty. I also think some of the furniture and walls are showing some minor wear. This property doesn’t have double sinks, which can be a challenge with a family. Otherwise great hotel and I would stay here again."

"The air conditioning unit in my room was very loud; it was impossible to sleep with this noise. I opened the door to get air and there was noise from cars and motorcycles on the street. I notified the staff and they said there was nothing they could do and that they had received similar complaints. I was refused a different room, even though they were not at capacity."

"Beautiful location overlooking California hills. Peaceful and quiet. Gorgeous landscaping and calming fountains. Clean rooms with spring fed water to continue the experience. Soft bedding and comfy beds. Spring fed pool for year around use that is lovely. Relaxing sundeck . Has free onsite parking. Complimentary water refill station and daily fruit infused water. Would have stayed longer if I’d had more vacation time. Will return."
