Comfortable bed, very clean room, very friendly, helpful staff. Older hotel but upgraded and clean. Could hear the people in the room next door, but for the price a great bargain. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast and did have some hot food. Would definitely stay again!

Grandkids loved the pool

The breakfast was nicer than usual. My only concern with my stay was that one of the elevators was concerning--noises, smells, grinding to a stop. In fact, I saw staff members send it away and push the button again to get the other elevator instead. That's what I did. I was on the 4th floor so was on the elevator several times a day.

Room was out of body wash and ran out of toilet paper. Only had one roll in the room. Most hotels have one on the dispenser and an extra.
Staff was excellent. I would use this hotel again.

"Was there for a funeral and did not need room for 2nd night. They said, you will still be charged. La Junta is not a place that fills up a hotel so they just wanted to take advantage and charge me for a night I didn’t stay."
