“After more than 40 years traveling for my career, I have never experienced a wet floor in my room. I did not notice the entire carpet was wet until I took off my shoes to get into bed at 10:30 PM. “Didn’t have shampoo, body soap, or conditioner in shower so prepare accordingly. Hot tub is permanently closed, did not disclose that on booking. Overall the room was not bad. Bed was comfortable and room was clean, AC worked great. Felt safe-ish outside, was convenient to be right next to Starbucks.”

“Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. The second we walked in, the bed looked like someone had already slept in it. There were stains on the sheets.
