"The room was nice, clean and modern. The amenities were not what was advertised. The pool was not open, and the breakfast was far less than what is pictured on Expedia. There should be a way to say on Expedia if the usual amenities are not available."

"Overall, the state of this property is changing due to a brand new general manager. I saw some of the reviews, but I thought I would still give it a try. There are some hiccups, but James Graham is working on fixing everything. He’s only been there a month as of this post. Nothing in the prior guests post was a problem on this visit. There’s water everywhere I think they can and need a remodel if they want to really kick it up into the five star. The service and the staff is outstanding. I will return if in the area."

"Clean room, friendly front desk staff. Room was pretty basic, but quiet. lobby, hallways & main areas are in need to a remodel. Biggest issue was checkout time - 10am. That is a very early time for checkout. Most hotels are 11am-12pm. I would have definitely preferred a later checkout time.... "
