Part of the area from the airport to the hotel was rug-covered, which made it difficult for me with my suitcase (I'd say I need a new suitcase). I have asthma which made it more difficult with my suitcase, backpack and CPAP. Otherwise, loved the convenience. Loved the shuttle to the airport so I didn't have to drag my suitcase to the airport area. "
