Forgot something in the room, called them later in the day and spoke with someone at the desk. They had the items, and arranged for pickup the next morning. Very helpful and nice. Would stay here again. "

"I have to say, the beds were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. If you like a firm, hard bed, this is your spot. Unfortunately, I do not and as a result, I didn’t sleep a wink and woke up with a sore back. Bring your own pillow top for this place. The staff was nice and facility was clean. "
