“Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. After some negotiation, we were able……

“We had an amazing stay at this beautiful secluded home away from home! The extra amenities that such as robes, bottled water and disposable toothbrushes show that the host goes the extra mile to make your stay more comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and sitting next to the fire pit roasting marshmallows. We will definitely make another trip here in the future! Thank you!”

“The building is old; bathroom door didn’t close all the way and front door wouldn’t close by itself. Water pressure was so-so. Staff was nice and accommodating. Continental breakfast was pretty good. No 24/7 hot coffee available which I found odd. In-room whirlpool was nice. Room was pretty far away from the front desk and dining room.”
