“Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. After some negotiation, we were able……

“The room we were first in the rooms deadbolt lock was broken so we were locked in our room. I had to call front desk for someone to come unlock the door from outside which they ended up breaking it open so now door didn't lock at all and wasn't offered to be changed to another room. We had to go down to front desk to complain about it for a room change. No one even cared that this is a major fire hazard being locked inside a room. Now in new room and the waterheater is broken we call to front……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin is really homey and the hot tub and fire pit were great! Beautiful setting - overall very peaceful. Bed is comfortable also. Lastly we found out Uber eats does deliver there!”
