The space
The Cozy Cottage with a pool sets the stage for casual downtime and relaxation. The pool is fully enclosed, located in front of the cottage. The backyard is convenient for hanging out, playing games, grilling and getting together around the firepit!

The outdoor pool is NOT heated. It is open all year round! Enjoy the ambiance around the pool while you spend time in the sunshine.

The unpaved driveway offers parking space for two cars. Just follow the beautiful rope fence to your destination.

Inside, you'll find a cozy, comfortable, and stylish home with all the amenities you need for your stay. The open layout and large windows allow for plenty of natural light, and the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up meals.

Your bedroom has a Roku TV as well as room-darkening curtains to ensure you have a sound sleep during your stay. The master bedroom has a desk for your laptop as well as a king-size bed. The master bedroom has USB bedside lamps that make it easy to keep your devices charged.

The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, sink, and vanity. A hairdryer is also available for your use.

》 KITCHEN & LOUNGE 《
The gorgeous open-concept kitchen is perfect for creating delicious meals while entertaining guests.

A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the bedroom, and dog bowls for your pet are provided if needed.

》 OUTSIDE SPACE 《
The front door leads directly to the pool! Follow the sidewalk to the pool entrance a few steps away. French glass doors lead from the bedroom onto a spacious and lit back porch where you can enjoy the sounds of nature or have a nice conversation with loved ones. There’s plenty of seating with the outdoor furniture and adirondack chairs around the fire pit. Fire up the grill and have a delicious BBQ meal while enjoying the serene outdoor environment and watching wildlife. Please stay on the east side of the property where the cottage is located. Do not venture into the yard beyond the swimming pool structure, as that area is reserved for the main house guests and their pets only.

The fire pit is the perfect place to gather in the evening. Make some s’mores and tell stories, or just admire the beautiful starry night sky.

Guest access
As a guest, you have access to the full home, including all indoor spaces, the back deck and fire pit, the pool area (8 am to 6 pm). You can easily check in with the smart lock and enjoy all the amenities!
Other things to note
▶ Please bring wood for the fire pit and charcoal and lighter fluid if you would like to grill.

▶ Guests must be age 25 years or older. Anyone under 25 must have in-room adult supervision. Adults must stay in the unit and be available at all times.

▶ About The MAIN HOUSE next to the Cozy Cottage
*** Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, with pool access the whole day. If booked together with the cozy cottage, the pool is open anytime for cozy cottage guests too.
*** If you would like to book the Main House as well, you will need to make a separate booking.
