Bare bones but adequate
Only real problem was lack of AC and not realizing there was no AC because a thermostat in the house indicated otherwise. We were there during an extreme heat wave. Richard was a great host & communicator.

Weekly stay with family of 5
Our check in was very easy and even though there were was an issue with cleanliness, Richard sent cleaners and made it right. The neighborhood was very safe and friendly. No concerns during daily walks with the family. We got to walk to Starbucks and Irvington Park without concerns. Everything in the house works and we really appreciated access to laundry while vacationing. Plenty of space in each room and with 2.5 bathrooms I didn’t hear any complaints from the kids needing to use ours. Each room has a fan which helped with temperature in the afternoon. I spent hours finding the right fit and I’m so glad we stayed at this home. Access to main roads and freeways make it easy to get to your destinations during traffic. I would def bring my family to stay again!

Lots of room and great location!
Stayed for 4 nights with family and grandparents. Quick communication with the owner. Very convenient and safe location in the Fremont area. Lots of room even for our large family plus 2 adults. House is a little dated but everything works well and was clean. I liked the garage parking to keep our cars and personal items safe. Had a couple maintenance issues on the last night that hopefully get resolved before the next stay! Would stay again!

The property in nice and located in a good neighborhood. It has a back yard. The living room is a bit small. The yard was nice but not very clean and the same applies to the car garage. Other than that, the property looked good

Peaceful work trip
I had a wonderful experience at this property. I have been coming into the Bay are monthly for work for several years now. This was my first time staying at this specific property. I have stayed at dozens of other properties in the area. This host was very direct and great at communication and made sure I had everything I could possibly need to have a comfortable stay. The amenities and condition of the home, both inside and out were wonderful! The home was cozy and clean. I would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about booking. I will definitely request this property again in my future trips.
