“The staff is not consistent. The restaurant greeter is not customer first. The large round table in the lobby means there’s literally nowhere to sit or congregate. Third floor has free coffee and sodas in the morning in the central area while there’s nothing on the main floor common area - for a very expensive room. Views are superb.”

The host is clearly a student of human behavior and accommodated our needs in unexpected, and most pleasing ways. Breakfast was delightfully tasty and home-cooked by the host, and his recommendations for local restaurants were impeccable. Of course the destination (Friday Harbor) is a no-brainer, but our accommodations were the icing on the cake. My wife and I will……
