"Such a great apartment located in a very central area of Carpinteria. The walk to the beach was a few blocks away, but we just use our wagon and it didn't feel like an overwhelming walk. With younger kids, you may want to park closer to the beach. It was nice to go downtown or go grocery shopping and not have to drive, just a short walk. The apartment was super cute and very clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay there and hope to come back again soon! "

Michael has gone over and above by providing so many extra ammenities! The beach cart was wonderful! The pool is refreshing after a day at the beach. "The condo was beautiful and very well furnished. The deck was great to sit with morning coffee and evening cocktails. This is a family friendly building on a public beach, not very private or quiet. That is not a negative and the location is ideal for bars and restaurants. The management company was friendly and very responsive. "

The half bath was nice to have, comfy bed upstairs, and plenty of room for the two of us! We love everything about Carp and this really was a comfortable stay. "

"Very comfortable apartment. Loved being a block from the beach and within walking distance of town, restaurants and train. Nice to have laundry facility on premises. WiFi dropped a couple of times during our 2 day/2 night stay and it's an apartment complex, so there was neighbor noise from time to time, but location and comfort more than balanced those things out. Would definitely stay again!"

"My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this charming seaside condo! It was beautifully maintained, thoughtfully equipped, and incredibly convenient. The location is ideal and just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Our only minor issue was some noise from an energetic child in the unit above, running back and forth throughout the day. Aside from that, everything was perfect!"

I stayed with my best friends and sisters for my bachelorette weekend and it was ideal.
