"Had a last minute need for a hotel in the area, we love Carpenteria , so when I saw a room for 150 for a Saturday evening I jumped on it. I wasn’t expecting much for the price but was happily surprised. If you take bikes it will be an easy ride to the beach, and close to many delicious restaurants. Will definitely go back."

"We had 5 adults and we loved that all the bedrooms had their own bathrooms.. I would definetly book this place again. Only concer we had were the chairs in the kitchen nook they we not stable to sit in, very wobly. The location was close to everything. Any questions we had for the host they replied very quickly. Thank you again for the great stay & wonderful vacation.....Wish we could of got some of those Avocados from you neighbor's tree LOL"
