"The house was grand. The setting was majestic. The kitchen was gourmet. The linens were luxurious through. However, the salt water has corroded all the sliding doors and locks. The sliding doors had closet poles in the tracks for locking security. Only the front door actually locked. This grand old house needs a major renovation. We were very impressed by how quickly the management team responded to a few maintenance issues. We really enjoyed the abundant wildlife on the island. TV access to local channels would be a real enhancement via Direct TV or Dish. "

"The fire pit was awesome! Thank you for providing wood. Small kitchen but well stocked. Not a lot of pantry storage but we made it work. Beautiful home! My grandsons loved the deer!!"

"Stayed here with a group of girlfriends for a breast cancer walk and it was the perfect home! Loved the sunrise views over the golf course and all of our deer friends that stopped by. Beds were super comfy and the house came stocked with just about everything one could need! Also the living room sectional is HEAVENLY. I need it. "

"Accommodations were clean and as expected from information. Hosts were great. The only thing I would add is a small bar of soap in the showers would be a nice touch as shopping is limited on the island and if you arrive after store hours and didn't pack soap, you'd be disappointed. Otherwise, we enjoyed this home/condo very much and would not hesitate to reserve again."

"Everything was great! Just as described. It's a compact room, but with everything needed to be comfortable when not at the beach. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the beach itself felt remote even with all the buildings nearby. At low tide there was so much beach!! I got the resort passes but none of the facilities were pet friendly and they were quite adament about my wife not even carrying our tiny dog where pets weren't allowed. We made do. The beach itself was very pet friendly! We found a pet friendly restaurant about 10 min drive away that was great for dinners. We made one trip to the grocery store and we were set for the few days we were there for the other meals. The small full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker and stove made the rest of the meals easy. Overall great experience!"
