“There are several long term renters. It’s a rough crowd. The lamp by the bed was busted. Water taps switched. Evidence of recent fumigation. It felt like someone had just moved out. I’m fine with less than standard accommodations but I felt like I was likely to be part of a crime scene. My wife warned me not to come home with bedbugs. “Great place to stay for the Polar Express! Close and in a really cute little town with a lot of shops and restaurants in walking distance. As it’s an aesthetic grandma-core dream, it’s not the most kid-friendly (beautiful art and lamps everywhere), but also totally doable. Stayed with two mom friends and our five kids and had a blast!”
