“Within 5 minutes of entering our room we were unable to exit the room due to the door handle not working. Thankfully our brother and sister in law were next door we slid the key under the door to them. We called the fromt desk they said yeah sorry but hotel is full nothing we can do. “The hotel itself is decent for a quick stay in a rural town. The downside though, is waking up to a live bed bug in the bed. I was mortified. The hotel staff did respond swiftly and professionally. They helped me clothes. I threw out the pajamas I wore that night. Of course my main concern is bringing any home. I’m hoping to get the refund they promised me. Be aware and always check your room for unwanted guest.”

“The parking seemed full and it was only about 15 cars I pulled in to go in and check in but they were too many scary people around my car so I was afraid to get out I called and they said there was plenty of parking across the street. Across the street was a parking garage with a big sign that said enter at your own risk. When I called they acted like I was an idiot well I'm a 62-year-old woman that wasn't about to fight a whole clan of sketchy strange intimidating creatures or whatever you want……
