“We had a really nice stay overall. The house itself is cute, cozy, and well-stocked with thoughtful touches like board games, DVDs, and streaming apps. The waterfront setting is beautiful! We loved sitting at the kitchen table watching wildlife and even spotted eagles and osprey.A couple of things to be aware of: the bedroom layout doesn’t allow for full privacy, as there are open spaces on the sides of the rooms. This may not matter to everyone, but it was challenging for us since sound travels……

“Incredibly unique and cozy house. The host was amazing and responsive with any questions. 7min drive to Hagerstown Historic District. Being from Philly, it was nice to see the wildlife around the house. So many birds I never get to see, a groundhog, a cave salamander, a few neighborhood kitties, and cute doggies. I would love to live in the house!!”

“Large beautiful outdoor property. Large older home great for extended family. I would say not child friendly for toddlers. Kitchen needed dish cloths, paper towels, and more mixing bowls if you intend to cook. ”
