"Very wonderful and professional staff and close to the Tokyo station for easy access to the airport! Room was a bit small for two people but we made it work"

"Very conveniently located near Tokyo Station and the room had stunning views of the train tracks and Tokyo especially at night. We travelled with 2 children (6&8) and the riom despite being small had everything that was needed to make our first trip to Tokyo special. The location of this hotel was a bonus as it provided us with several options for bus, trains and tours all within walking distance. "
"Very friendly check in/check out. Very clean and tidy room. The snacks and free drinks near reception was a lovely touch to end the day to come back to. My third visit here and all have been great experiences. The location is fantastic. "
"There was a weird smell in the room we noticed when we first arrived. Room is ok, a little dated and the rooms are very dark, overcompensated by very bright lights that you can’t dim. The beds were comfy, only one pillow provided, I guess we could ask for more at reception if we needed. Cooking facilities and washing machine really good. Location excellent, 10 minute walk to Tokyo station and 1 minute from Ginza line which was very convenient- Lawsons and 7-11 very close. "
"Great location, near to Tokyo station and local train line at Nihombashi. Staff very helpful on arrival and a nice touch with offering free drinks. Rooms were very clean and reasonably spacious. A great stay in a great location "
