"Like access to the restaurant and pool. Been 2 years in a row. Very clean, and staff was great! Both years parade people took over the pool. Unfortunately, rules were not followed in the pool area. "

He was awesome with anything we needed. Last day they had to put something on the hot tub so we couldn’t use it as our time was limited- but other than that it was a great stay and local to beach and restaurants/ stores."

"We have been staying on Pass-A-Grille for almost 10 years now. We have stayed at many hotels, condos, and VRBO. Location was perfect. We enjoyed the outdoor dining space. We did miss a good view of the water, but It didn't take more than a few minutes to get to the beach. The one thing we did appreciate was the kitchen. It was well stocked with hand towels, dish towels, blender, coffee maker, soap, paper towels, and more! And they provided beach chairs and beach towels. Very nice place."

The dresser and nightstand had more than adequate storage space for clothes for a week. Mugs, cups and silverware were available and a large refrigerator. "The property is within Ramada hotel and it is pretty run down. It was on the second floor no view. We had to keep curtains closed all day for privacy. "

The shower doors do not really keep the water from leaking out and soaking the floor around the toilet. Other than these couple small things, the room was good. WiFi was pretty bad but not anything the owners can do about that."

"We stayed at this beautiful downtown studio during a quick weekend trip down the coast. While it was short, it was nothing less than pleasant. We had a chance to chat with Stephanie in passing and she was very helpful with a small problem we had. The furnishings were very nice and the bed was big enough for a couple. This is an upstairs unit so that should be noted, but the stairs are sturdy and safe for use. The studio is close to downtown and plenty to do. The book in the room is nice for...

"This boutique inn was the perfect little place for my wife and me as we celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary. The place was very clean. The pool/hot tub was at ideal temperatures. Beach chairs are available to use & if you need some ice for your cooler, there is complimentary ice in the upstairs freezer. "A very quaint cottage like property with a nice outdoor sitting area. Peaceful and quiet. It is quite small and makes you organize and compact your things into a small space, but it has everything needed and I was comfortable staying there for a week. "The 1920's Cottage was absolutely a wonderful stay with beautiful gardens and wildlife and very tranquil and very accessible to other places. We enjoyed Lido beach north and Sarasota downtown and took a drive within an hour to Saint Petersburg a very trendy and beautiful city. Our host Nigel was very kind and accommodating."
