“If you want a place where there's some space and just to sleep, then for the price they charge it's a nice place to stay. Other places were much more and we were visiting Cooperstown for my son's 12U. baseball tournament and we only used this place to sleep and get up and go to the game and repeat. It served its purpose. The staff were a family that resided at the property and they were respectful and friendly.”

“arrived to check in on July 25, 2025 and found motel closed and out of business. no one contacted me from Hotels.com or Motel 6 in Llion, NY to inform me that the hotel closed since I booked it in December 2024. Had to make other arrangements since it was the baseball hall of fame weekend and no other hotels were available. stayed one hour and a half from Cooperstown, NY.”

“Don't stay here, period. Well, unless you normally sleep on the street, in which case this is *maybe* an upgrade. Horribly dirty - dirty floors, dirty sheets, dirty broken shower... The supposedly non-smoking rooms reeked of smoke. There were bugs everywhere, and a gross dirty fly trap hanging in one of the rooms. It's unconscionable that this place stays in business, and that Expedia supports them. There's no discounted rate that would make this place worth staying at. Just find somewhere……

“Room was clean, quiet and no external light to disrupt sleep. ”

“Did not stay once we saw the property......rooms and property very dirty, not maintained, management not available when we got there. Were charged the whole price since their policy is 24 hr advance notice. Photo online is NOT what we observed. I would never recommend this place to anyone. EXTREMELY disappointed. We were on our bikes and had to ride another 10 miles before we found another place to stay.”

“The room was not clean, the towels were not clean, there was no thermostat. so if you were hot or cold, you couldn't do anything about it. I called over 10 times and still haven't received a response. ”
